Hoda Kotb, a beloved anchor on NBC’s "Today" show, is stepping away from her full-time role after 17 years to prioritize her family, especially her daughters Haley and Hope. Kotb, who co-hosted with Savannah Guthrie and became part of the first all-female anchor team, made the difficult decision as she focuses on her daughter's health. While she will remain involved with NBC in a reduced capacity, Kotb will officially exit her daily responsibilities by early 2025.
